Like many people, I snicker when I hear of celebrities getting their partner's name ostentatiously tattooed on their body. In fact, it sometimes seems to be a sure sign that the relationship isn't going to last. Following are quotes from people in Hollywood about tattoos, and a look at some celebrities who have gotten tattoos to symbolize their relationships.

Tattoos that last long past the relationship is over. Some tattoo each other's name, or initials, or marriage symbols.
Still Together Celebrity Couples & Their Relationship Tattoos
Some famous couples still have tattoos of each other. Hopefully they can all stay on the "still together" page ... but realistically some will probably move to the "Broken Up" page. (Yes Britney Spears, I mean you.)
